Being Susurri
susurri – soft, murmuring, or rustling sound, like whispering or the gentle sound of wind combing through leaves.

I am Mia Chuang. I created Susurri in June 2025 for curious souls to contemplate, travel and find peace at the table whilst using artful vessels.
I hope, through Susurri, to pass on treasures you can savour for decades to come.
Thought Starter
How some very powerful forces are blatantly encouraging less of treasuring humanity, closeness, diversity and labour.
How easy it is to fall into homogeneity, whether it's for survival or because bubbles are being shaped around us.
And Then an Idea
Eating and drinking represent ingesting stories from places.
These are opportunities to learn about objects and foods made on a different shore, by a very different way of being.
Another One
Drinking from a vessel is highly personal.
They feed us beverages, touch our lips and hands.
Sometimes these vessels are there to hold thoughts and feelings, a period of time we need to process things.
Drinking stories shaped by craftspeople from afar, can be an act of leaving behind conformity and cheap thrills.
So, what kind drinking vessel will touch and feed you every day?
